Goal: Develop and promote an International Landscape Convention.

Impact: Strengthen the global recognition and protection of landscapes, promote sustainable landscape practices, and enhance the influence of landscape architecture in international policy and development.

Director - Kathryn Moore

IFLA past president, Kathryn Moore is the creator of the West Midlands National Park (WMNP) and Director of the international think tank, the WMNP Lab. She is leading the development of this new approachto transform regions and cities, organizations, policy, modes of governance and finance, addressing global challenges in the context of the accelerating climate emergency.


 

Co-director - Diane Menzies

Diane Helen Menzies ONZM (née Bright) is a New Zealand landscape architect. She is a former Environment Court commissioner, and served as president of the International Federation of Landscape Architects from 2006 to 2010. In 2008, she was invested as an Officer of the New Zealand Order of Merit, for services to the environment.
