IFLA Working Programme 13 - Migration and Inclusive Communities

Goal: Promote the design of inclusive and welcoming communities that support the integration of migrants and refugees, fostering social cohesion and cultural diversity.

Impact: Create more inclusive and equitable communities that support the well-being of all residents, including migrants and refugees.

Director - Marco Minari

Marco Minari works in architectural and landscape design of public spaces and gardens for public and private clients, with particular attention to sustainability. He is a member of the Italian association of landscape architecture since 2007 and has held the role of Communications Advisor on the Presidential Council from 2019 to 2023.

 

Co-director - Kiyohito Tamotsu

Kiyohito Tamotsu is a Japanese landscape architect and also an architect. He graduated from Swedish Agricultural University with a masters in landsape planning and careered to work in Australia as a landscape designer before joining Losfee co.,ltd. In 2021, Kiyohito was chair of the 'Landscape Architects without Borders' working group, IFLA APR.
