IFLA appoints member of their Nominating Committee

Following recent adoption of a new constitution and bylaws, IFLA has taken its first step towards the governance changes by appointing members of the Nominating Committee.

Following elections which took place between May and June 2026, candidates for six positions: Regional Representatives for the five IFLA regions - Africa, America, Asia Pacific, Europe and Middle East - and also External Representatives, have now been selected by voting members of the World Council.
