Alessandro Filla Rosaneli, Americas
Alessandro is an architect and urbanist and a Full Professor at the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR), Brazil. At UFPR, he teaches in the Architecture and Urbanism programme and in the graduate programmes in Geography and Urban Planning and coordinates the Public Space Observatory. As President of the Brazilian Association of Landscape Architects (2022–2026), he has also held leadership roles in IFLA and the Brazilian National Council of Architecture and Urbanism. Alessandro holds a PhD, master’s, and bachelor’s degrees from the University of São Paulo, as well as a postdoctoral degree in Geography from UFPR. His work focuses on practice and education in landscape architecture, public space, and cultural geography.
Kathryn Moore, Guest
Kathryn is currently a Distinguished Visiting Fellow at the University of Birmingham, Centre for Global Innovation. A Past President of IFLA (2014–18) and of the Landscape Institute (2004–06), Professor Kathryn Moore is the creator of the West Midlands National Park (WMNP) and Director of the international think tank, the WMNP Lab. She is leading the development of this new approach to transform regions and cities, organizations, policy, modes of governance and finance, addressing global challenges in the context of the accelerating climate emergency.
Kathryn’s book, Overlooking the Visual: Demystifying the Art of Design (2010), sets a new way of looking at landscape, putting it at the heart of the built and natural environment. Kathryn was celebrated by the Landscape Institute in August 2019 as one of the most inspiring women landscape architects in the last century.
Peter Zöch, Chair
Peter studied landscape architecture in Vienna and Manchester, as well as Communication Management at Danube University Krems. From 2000 to 2015 he was an editor of Topos – The International Review of Landscape Architecture and Urban Design, and Garten + Landschaft, the German landscape architecture magazine. After working as Director of Communications of the internationally renowned lighting design office Bartenbach from 2015 to 2018, Peter joined Snøhetta’s studio in Innsbruck, where he oversees communications and business development. Peter has also been working as a university lecturer and as a freelance author and curator in the fields of landscape architecture, architecture and urban design. Peter served on the Nominations Committee and the Secretariat before chairing the Jury for the Jellicoe Award.
Anna Lambertini, Europe
Anna is a landscape architect, architect and Associate Professor in the Department of Architecture at the University of Florence (UNIFI), where she directs the master in landscape design programme and coordinates the interdisciplinary research unit Exploring for Landscape Architecture. Anna serves on the boards of UNIFI’s PhD in Urban Future Studies. Formerly in professional practice in Florence (1995–2016), Anna served as Editor-in-Chief of Architettura del Paesaggio (AIAPP) and is a member of the Scientific Committee of the Fondazione Benetton Studi Ricerche. Finzi Saidi,

Finzi is a Zambian landscape architect who is currently the head of the department and senior lecturer in the Faculty of Art, Design, and Architecture at the University of Johannesburg. He taught at the Copperbelt University in Zambia and the University of Pretoria before he served as convener of the Master of Landscape Architecture program at the University of Cape Town from 2006–08.
